It has come to the attention of AIA Myanmar that a group operating under the name “Array Technologies” (Address: unknown) (Contact: unknown) has been soliciting and inducing members of the public to invest in their “photovoltaic” (solar) projects, and have, without authorization, included the name “AIA” in their contract. AIA is a registered trademark of AIA Company Ltd and its affiliates, including AIA Myanmar, and any use of the AIA name without its authorization is strictly prohibited. Any such unauthorized use is an infringement of AIA’s intellectual property rights.

            We hereby notify the public that AIA Myanmar is in no way associated with the business or activities of Array Technologies nor does Array Technologies have any right to use the AIA name in any manner. Consequently, AIA Myanmar will take all necessary legal actions against Array Technologies to prevent the continued unauthorized use of the AIA name, including reporting such unauthorized use to the relevant regulatory authorities and the police department.
