Personal Medical Case Management is the medical consultation service that provides on-going personalized medical advice including reassessing the medical case and providing a detailed report with updated diagnosis and recommended treatment.
For all eligible* AIA Members who encounter serious medical conditions such as cancer and multisystem disorders are recommended to get the Teladoc HEALTH service to understand and manage your medical conditions with clarity, confidence and control over the course of your medical treatment.

Full Personal Medical Case Management Services
Teladoc HEALTH services are available for life assured members of
- Universal Life (Regular Protection Premium of MMK 1 million and above)
- One Health Solution Individual (Plan 2 and above)
- AIA Cancer Care (Sum Assured of MMK 500 million and above)
- AIA Critical Illness Care (Sum Assured of MMK 500 million and above)
In addition, Teladoc HEALTH services are available for life assured members with total in-force Annualised Net Premium of MMK 9 million and above for Universal Life, Short Term Endowment, Education Life and One Health Solution (Individual).
RUBY MEMBER
Ruby members will receive three personal medical case management services, which can be used for themselves or be shared with their loved ones.
How does "Personal Medical Case Management Services" work?
Contact your AIA Agent or call AIA SHER Hotline to request the service enrolment
AIA members will have to fill the enrolment form and AIA will check the eligibility for Teladoc HEALTH service
If eligible, Teladoc HEALTH will assign an English-speaking personal Physician Case Manager for AIA member
Physician Case Manager contacts you within 24 hours to understand and review your medical issue and your medical history
Teladoc HEALTH's medical committee selects top experts specialized in your condition to evaluate your case
Within 10 business days, you will receive a detailed and personalized report with opinions and recommendations explained by Physician
If you want an overseas treating doctor, Physician Case Manager will recommend two specialists from Singapore for your choice
Physician Case Manager monitors your progress via regular follow-up calls to provide ongoing guidance and support during recovery
